A cake order will only be accepted with a 50% non-refundable deposit paid.
All deposit cheques returned by the bank as "unpaid" will incur admin charge of £15.00. The deposit and balance will then need to paid in cash before the even
The balance is due fourteen days prior to the function.
All items of equipment, including cake knife and stands, whether hired individually or provided as part of an overall package, are the responsibility of the client,
and will be charged to the client at full replacement cost if missing or damaged.
It is the client responsibility to return all equipment. A deposit of £100 is required and refunded on return. Any equipment not returned with in 72 hours will be classed as lost and deposit will not be refunded. Any client not happy with any product ie goods/cake will have a store credit refund with the return of the item
Once a wedding/celebration cake is delivered or picked up it is no long the responsibility of Cruickshank's in any way
Should the client cancel less than ten days prior to the function, the full cost will be payable on demand.
