Trevor made a croquembouche for our ceremony, service was great from start to finish and Trevor did a great job in getting exactly what we were looking for. Many fantastic comments from all the guests

We had so many compliments about the cake, nearly as many as my dress! Trevor made us a chocolate mousse tower with a big chocolate cutting cake which was perfect for our pregnant guests. It was really spectacular to look at, much more novel than the run of the mill white fondant cakes. The mousse tasted lovely and was served in an edible chocolate cup, with a choc truffle and choc spiral - yes choc overload, but it wasn't sickly at all. Our caterer served the mousse with a mixed berry compote and creme anglaise which was a perfect compliment. The cake was delivered and set up on time and Trevor was professional throughout our correspondance running up to the wedding. Thanks Trevor

The cake was fantastic. The service was excellent. The presentation and professionalism was outstanding. I recommend Cruickshank Cakes to anyone celebrating any occasions, from birthdays to weddings and anniversaries, even just for your next dinner party. Mr Cruickshanks' work is truly exceptional.
