All of our fruit cakes are covered with marzipan and then covered with fondant icing with many colours to choose from. Most popular for weddings is celebration or white fondant.

Our sponge cakes are covered   with jam   then covered with fondant icing.   (This can be adapted to suit your requirements).

  If you prefer we can bake your cake ready for you to decorate and ice yourself. (uniced and undecorated cakes can be delivered to you by post, please contact for further details).

  DECORATION
